Man nehme:

6-8 hartgekochte Eier
1 Dose Ananas (in Stücken)
1 Dose Spargelabschnitte
1 kl. Dose Erbsen
1/2 Glas Mayonnaise
2 Becher Joghurt (natur)
1 Prise Salz
Pfeffer
Paprikapulver
etwas Ananassaft

Eier in Scheiben schneiden und Ananas mit etwas Saft zugeben. Spargel und Erbsen abtropfen lassen und zufügen. Mayonnaise und Joghurt unterheben, den Salat mit den Gewürzen abschmecken und 2 Stunden im Kühlschrank ziehen lassen. Fertig.
